I wish if only are used to express a wish for something in a polite way or to show that you desire something for someone else. I wish if only are used in case there is an impossible desire or regret that something will not happen. You can use I wish if only with past perfect to express a regret about something that happened in the past (If only I hadn't told her the truth.). Also, I wish if only can be used with would or could to show that you want something that is impossible in the present (I wish you would earn 1000 euros.).
