word order

Czech word order is said to be very free and flexible. It allows the speakers to change the meaning of the whole sentence just by changing the word order. Basic commonly used word order is SVO (subject, verb, object)

stress

Stresss (accent) is always on the first syllable of the word.

hard consonants

The hard consonants are h, ch, k, r, g, d, t, n.

conjugation

Verbs have different endings for each person due to conjugation.

ambiguous consonants

The ambiguous consonants are b, f, l, m, p, s, v, z.
